Custom Software for Unique Cars
At Heinz, we understand that every car and motorcycle is unique. That is why developing custom software is a key aspect of our industry. Our team has been perfecting this craft for 25 years and has the expertise to create programs that work effectively. To test the software, we use a 4x4 power bank that allows us to simulate real-world conditions as closely as possible (with 95% accuracy). However, it is not possible to replicate real-world conditions exactly in a controlled environment, which is why there is a small margin of error (5%).
Optimizing Engine Performance
To ensure that an engine is running at its best, we need to carefully analyze its power output. That's where the 4x4 hydraulic power bank (made by Dimtech engineering) comes in. This power bank is one of the most advanced in the world and has a feature called the Hydraulic Linking System (HLS) that allows us to test both 2WD and 4WD vehicles and even the most advanced traction control systems. It can accurately measure performance at speeds up to 320 km/h and revs up to 8,000 rpm.
Improving the Driving Experience
At Heinz Performance, our main goal is to increase our customers' enjoyment of driving. That's why we take a personal approach and consider each person's specific needs and preferences when improving the performance of their vehicle. This can include increasing safety (for example, making it easier to merge onto a highway), increasing torque, or reducing fuel consumption. We carefully assess the potential of every vehicle by considering every detail and use specialized testing equipment, including a power bank and high-tech measurement tools, to develop a customized package. For racing purposes, we prioritize certain technical aspects, including a static power bank (Dyno), 4x4 hydraulic rollers, a power bank, original diagnostic equipment (for brands such as BMW, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, VW, Opel, etc.), specialized race engineers and technicians, and certified automotive tuning engineers.
A Commitment to Innovation
At Heinz Performance, we understand that "standing still is going backward." That's why we are constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve. Our professional and creative racing team has a wealth of experience in car tuning and performance improvement and is up for any challenge. In addition to developing the first Pagani Zonda in race version, the team has also built engines for Viper and Corvette and has won more than 15 titles in international sports categories. Currently, we are at the top of the Belgian GT championship and the European NASCAR championship.
